Puffy Pillow Productions accepts credit card payments, e-checks, and instant transfers via Paypal.
Order Processing & Shipping Policy
All standard orders are typically processed within 1-10 business days of payment received. During peak shipping times (such as holidays), and in the event of natural disasters, delivery times may take longer. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please notify us if you have an order which demands priority processing prior to placing your order.
You will receive a delivery confirmation number (USPS First Class or Priority) or tracking number (USPS Express) delivered to the e-mail address provided with payment and notated within your account on puffypp.com. A delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number - it provides proof of delivery only. USPS provides tracking numbers for Express Mail shipments only. You may log into your account at any time to view the current status of your order.

We do not offer price adjustments.

All orders cancelled prior to shipment will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges may be made within 10 days of original delivery providing the items are in new condition. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us at returns@puffypp.com for a RMA (returned material authorization) number and to confirm product exchange details. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
